1. Forward the following information to list a current or proposed ASCA meeting:
    1. State &City
    2. Status of Meeting (Current or Proposed)
    3. Fee per Meeting
    4. Contact Person
    5. Contact Telephone Number
    6. Meeting Day & Time
    7. Meeting Location.
  2. Include contact person's name, mailing address, telephone number and an e-mail address if available.
  3. Include a $10 check for the current quarter, payable to:
    The Morris Center

    Mail your information and check to:

  4. Quarterly payment is due the end of the quarter for the beginning of the forthcoming quarter. Quarterly payment is due by late December for 1st quarter, late March for 2nd quarter, late June for 3rd quarter, late September for 4th quarter.
  5. If the meeting payment and information is not received by the end of the quarter, we will assume that the meeting no longer exists and it will be deleted from the list.
  6. Please check your meeting information every quarter to confirm its accuracy. Please inform us of any changes or corrections.
