There are two basic components to working ASCA:
- Individually reading and working the Survivor to Thriver manual
- Participating in ASCA meetings
Meeting documents and training materials provide concrete guidelines and parameters for successfully establishing and running ASCA meetings. Files are comprehensive in nature (as needed) to help obtain the best possible outcome.
All current materials required to start and run ASCA meetings are available as files that can be both viewed and saved. Information is available both individually and in "packages".
ASCA meetings are not meant to be a substitute for professional care and services. You should always consult a trained professional with any questions about your specific needs and concerns. Always know your own limitations and factor in your own good judgment and common sense.
